The story is located in [UNAMED PLACE] (City-State) made of two twins cities.First twin city is known for its crime and has reputation of "Not a good place to live at",its mostly living place of Coppers and Criminals,Second twin city is place where rich people,and tycoons live at (Business owners and guild members),and central island is where Palace of State is located and where various governments buildings are (No people live there)So you basically join as member of factions:
City Watch:You are either a poor man or a guy who actually wished to become a copper,you are a officer (seargent,captain or commander).You go on various missions given by you're station commander,there are unlimited station commanders and they answer to City Commander,city commander is appointed by Leader of City State Lord Patrician (AKA ME

Guilds:You sign up as a member of allready existing guild:Thives,Assasins,Traders,Blacksmiths and Steal workers,Seamasters,you carry out jobs given to you by guilds moderator (Someone will be appointed).This will mostly be like Chaos Knights and Deus Ex where you go on combined missions
Business owners:Here you are a business owner,you run a welthy business and go trough various problems like:Trains going trough the city or water systems.Here you mostly do works combined with Government
Government:Here you start as a brand new member of government and you get
appointed by Lord Patrician as a leader of state runned business or something else (what ever does GOV do this days) and you do stuff given to you by him :3
