Executive Selection

This is an informal poll to measure the opinion of the Deshret in regard to selection of the Executive. We currently have three competing ideas proposed:
1. Appointed: The Pharaoh serves as Delegate, Head of State, and Head of Government, and appoints his own successor with approval by the Deshret.
Proposed by Cormac. See Section 2.12 of this draft.
2. Dual Executive: The Pharaoh serves as Delegate, Head of State, and joint Head of Government, responsible for external affairs (foreign policy, WA, regional security, and military). The Pharaoh would serve for a minimum of six months, at which time he could be challenged. A Pharaoh confirmed in place couldn't be challenged for another three months.
The Vizier serves as Vice Delegate and joint Head of Government, responsible for domestic affairs (integration, culture, and justice). The Vizier would serve a fixed term of two months.

3. Challenge: The Pharaoh serves as Delegate, Head of State, and Head of Government, and would serve for a minimum of three months at which time he could be challenged. A Pharaoh confirmed in place couldn't be challenged for another three months.

Councilors also have the option to vote Other, but are asked to propose their alternatives here. Votes of "other" without any alternative proposal really aren't helpful.
Please only vote on the overall concepts behind these drafts. Details to which you might object can be worked out after we've settled on which system is preferred.
