The Land of the Dead Dungeon Design Contest

Post by Tethys 13 »

Osiris Land of the Dead
December Dungeon Design Contest
This December we are focusing on our regional roleplay, the Land of the Dead. Citizens can find the description and how to apply here!

As part of this, we are running a Dungeon Delver tournament, and inviting Citizens participating in the map to submit Dungeons located within the bounds of their outposts. As a connected event we have a design contest to submit your dungeons! Design your dungeon and post the image of it here.
- Submissions to be made as reply to this thread.
- No Imgur links, as these are currently blocked from viewing in the UK. I recommend https://imgbb.com/.
- Citizens only, requiring addition to the Land of the Dead map.
- Submissions close at the end of the year.
Mir, Heritepa'a of Canopus, Liege of R'lyeh and Overseer of the Mysteries.

The Sunken Shiftomb.

Floor 1: A long route past stacked stone tablets showing reliefs of monsters, magics and machinations, from which the delver must choose a deck to challenge the spirits of the dungeon to a card game of maddening intricacy and drama, before making their way down the central staircase.

Floor 2: A horrible shifting maze of tremendous size, sure to dismiss all but the most tenacious as they seek the northmost stairs.

Floor 3: A vast chamber of triangular rooms with strangely-arranged pillars, requiring careful rearrangement in tremendous patience to find the route to the treasure.
Mir, Heritepa'a of Canopus, Liege of R'lyeh and Overseer of the Mysteries.
