Good evening Osiris!
Glad to say we’ve had another smooth delegate transition! I really appreciate everyone’s support over the last month as we’ve gotten this ball rolling. Shoutout to Guhrayen and Tethys for keeping the ground work going while we worked on getting through this, and a thank you to Sparkalia for helping us get over the final bump in the road. And also a huge thanks to everyone who I went to for advice along the way.
I am glad to be here. I still have a lot of anxiety about this, but I have faith in everyone around me to see this through, from the members of cabinet to our citizenry and residents. Much like with many delegate transitions before mine, some things are similar, and some things have to change. We’ve done some solid work over the past few months getting departments back on track, but now we need to make sure they have a path forward.
That all said, onto the government: Vizierships will hold for now. Guhrayen, Tethys, and Skies have all done good work, and I plan on that continuing, helping them and being present in as many ways as I can. For the moment I’m going to handle foreign affairs, though I will be looking for someone to step up there in the department. We have two subviziers joining the ranks of gameside, Solarwarva and Azalea! I am looking forward to both of their contributions to the department. Lastly, I intend to appoint Ark to Guardianship.
We’ve got a good amount happening over the next month, PokeMonth has already kicked off, crafted by our diligent minions in Gameside and Community Affairs! I’m also personally very excited to get the “Portal to the Land of the Dead” National Roleplay off the ground and start building a world with you all! Finally I’m planning on being in the Discord VC twice a month on Friday evenings, feel free to drop in and say hi if you see me!
