- The Pharaoh of Osiris, acting in their nation's role as World Assembly Delegate of the region of Osiris, shall cast their delegation's vote on World Assembly texts brought to vote before that multiversal body in accordance to the majority position of the Citizens of the Osiris Fraternal Order.
- The majority position of the Citizens, for the purposes of its determination for any individual proposal, shall be determined via voting (on the OFO Discord server) administered by the Vizier of World Assembly Affairs.
- Voting of the citizenry will, when possible, be completed prior to the arrival of a proposal to the voting floor of the World Assembly.
- The Vizier of World Assembly shall tally the results of Citizen votes taken on World Assembly proposals, verify their authenticity, and report them to the Pharaoh.
- The office of the Vizier of World Assembly Affairs will endeavor to create and publish Guidance to Member States (GMS) dispatches which provide rationalization for the majority opinion arrived at by the Citizens of Osiris for a wider audience.
- The Pharaoh exercises their individual discretion exclusively in engagement with World Assembly texts that concern the well-being of Osiris, and otherwise will never approve any proposal or vote against the majority position of the citizenry.
- Nations (inclusive of their colonies/puppets) actively participating in regional organizations carrying out direct attacks against the OFO (or OFO's players) will have their WA proposals categorically denied the support of the Pharaonic nation's vote.
