Due to a lack of diligence and time management on my part, citizenship applications have been taking far too long to process, as they are going through the process which exists specifically for the council of guardians to process cit apps that lapse a certain time threshold within which the pharaoh should have already processed them.

I am issuing this decree, effective immediately, granting guardian and council chair Tethys the authority to process citizenship applications on my behalf until such a time as this arrangement is no longer necessary.
