[Request for Assent] Amendment to Article II. Section (1) in the Scroll of Horus

The Council of Guardians has approved the Amendment to Article II. Section (1) in the Scroll of Horus, this Act has also been passed by the Council of Scribes. The text of this Act can be read below.

Amendment to Article II. Section (1) wrote:
(1) The Pharaoh may appoint an Heir Apparent to hold the second most endorsements in the region, up to a limit determined by the Pharaoh, which will be no fewer than ten endorsements over the limit imposed upon Guardians. The Pharaoh may remove the Heir Apparent from office.
