1. Recognition & Embassies
a. The Eternal Order recognizes the Osiris Fraternal Order as the legitimate and sovereign government of the region of Osiris.
b. The Osiris Fraternal Order recognizes The Eternal Order, via the authority of the High Council, as the legitimate and sovereign government of the region of The Eternal Order.
c. The signatories shall maintain ingame embassies with each other's home regions.
2. Mutual Defence & Intelligence
a. The signatories shall not engage in military or subversive hostilities against the other. Adversarial military engagements of a trivial manner shall not be regarded as military hostilities.
b. The signatories shall provide military assistance upon request of the other in circumstances of hostile military action on the other’s region or territory, or to facilitate legitimate World Assembly delegacy transitions.
c. The signatories shall promptly relay intelligence to the other pertinent to their regional security. This includes but is not limited to plots of subversion or military incursions of a signatory region or territory.
3. Regional Cooperation & Culture
a. The signatories shall endeavour to support the military operations of the other, including but not limited to occupations, tags, reinforcements, and annexations.
b. The signatories shall endeavour to cooperate in cultural matters, including but not limited to historical corroboration, roleplay, and festivals.
c. The signatories shall endeavour to support World Assembly efforts critical to either signatory, and to align in vote of such.
d. The signatories shall endeavour to support the other in matters of foreign policy, as is reasonable.
4. Ratification & Amendments
a. This treaty will take full effect upon its ratification by both signatories according to their legitimate processes.
b. This treaty may be amended upon passage of an amendment by both signatories according to their legitimate processes.
c. Either signatory may withdraw from this treaty according to their legitimate processes.
