Yep, it's The Western Post. I would have delivered it even earlier, but the fireworks were near my shrine and I don't like that sort of loud noise. Enjoy, if you do which is what I hope will happen.
Also, I kind of forgot to post the October issue on this forum (not on the Discord) but it doesn't matter for I shall get back on track with this specific duty as a Prime Ambassador from TWP.
