[Voting Closed 04:05 PM EST on Monday 17th August] Repeal the Treaty of Tranquillity

By the request of our Pharaoh Rigel, the repealing of the Treaty of Tranquillity is now at vote. Voting will conclude at 04:05 PM EST on Monday 17th August.
This is not an amendment to the Scroll of Horus and as such it will only require a simple majority of 50%+1 vote to pass the Council of Scribes.
Citizens may vote Aye, Nay or Abstain.
