The Recall Voting Rights Amendment
(1)Article V, Section (2) of the Scroll of Horus shall be amended as follows:amendment text wrote:(2) The Pharaoh will have no vote in the Council of Scribes, and the Acting Pharaoh will have no vote in the Council of Scribes for the duration of their service as Acting Pharaoh. A Guardian will have no vote on their own removal from officeNo individual holding an re-callable appointed position, as defined by Article VIII of this constitution, may vote on their own recall from office, and the Heir Apparent and Guardians will have no vote on amendments to this constitution.
