It's about that time again! We had one of these in our past, but it's definitely time for another.
This is your chance to tell us how we're doing, what we could be doing better, and any other thoughts you may have.
The form is anonymous (but don't be rude!) in order to foster an atmosphere where one can be completely honest.
You are required to be logged into a Google account when you do the form, this is to ensure the integrity of the form (so that no one is able to submit more than one response etc). No information is gathered. No one will be able to see your email address or know that your response is from you. Again, it is completely anonymous.
It will be open until Feb 20th.
