[Voting Closed 04:20 AM EST Tuesday 22nd October] Proscribe the Rahl Family

By the request of our Pharaoh Anabelle, the proscription of the Rahl Family is now at vote. Voting will conclude at 04:20 AM EST on Tuesday the 22nd of October.
Included in the vote is the designation of the following as persona non grata:
-Fedele
-Neenee
-Davelands
-Funkadelia
-Lambstone
-Biyah
-Dalimbar
-Neo Kervoskia
This is not an amendment to the Scroll of Horus and as such it will only require a simple majority of 50%+1 vote to pass the Council of Scribes.
Citizens may vote Aye, Nay or Abstain.
