Hello there. I'm the Queen of Hearts and normally I'm not one for formalities, but in this circumstance I shall make an exception. My nation is not new to the world, far from it, nor am I, certainly. But a new era comes a new region, and that is why I have decided in my glorious, infallible wisdom to make our nation a part of Osiris. Not because of any particular reason, for you see, I'm not the kind of person who does things for a reason. Reasons, to me, belong in the realm of sycophants and night club bouncers.
And so with this, I would like to personally thank Osiris and its leaders for allowing our humble (we're not that humble tbh) nation into your region. You won't regret it. Or you will. I don't know.
