Recently I've not been able to give as much of that as I used to. Real life waits for no adorable, lovely lady and I've had to shift my focus to those vital things such as working and trying to pay my car note.
It's affected my ability to fulfill my vision for Osiris, though, and I had to sit down and think out exactly how I can manage my rl concerns and still shoot for what I want for this region. And I think I've found it. We're going to bring out an old, dusty office within the government that hasn't been seen since before Altino was delegate: Chief Vizier.
Now the person I chose to fill this role is, to me, an obvious one. They've committed a lot to this region, succeeded in their department several times over, and is a perfect model for the idea of a meritocratic government that replaces itself. I think that they are exactly what I need in a Chief Vizier- someone who is willing to put in the work that I am unable to, who cares about the impact their work will do for this community, and well, someone who won't turn into a tyrant and ban Benja like I try hard not to do every day.
That person is Peebs.
Now that leaves Gameside without a Vizier, so in a move that everyone has seen coming for at least half a year now, Ham will be replacing her as Vizier of Gameside. Ham is so dedicated to Gameside it makes me violently sick, but it has had an astounding impact on the department and the goals that they have set out for themselves. He's going to do wonderful, and I'm excited to see what he can do.
