Please list regions or organizations with which you have in the past been affiliated as a resident, citizen, or member: I was very active with a region ca. 2004-2006, but cannot remember the name. I also set up this account late last year and joined a region, but due to unforeseeable circumstances my account was deactivated due to inactivity. Again, I don't remember the name of the region as I was only active for about a week before my unexpected absence. Upon reactivation of my account my nation was moved to Osiris.

Would you like to be assigned a mentor to help you learn the ropes in Osiris?: If one is available. I have been inactive for several years and would like to get back into the swing of things.


I, Kendarith, swear that I have, to the best of my knowledge, been completely truthful in applying for citizenship in the Osiris Fraternal Order and that I have no other NationStates identity that has not been made known in this application. I swear my allegiance to the Osiris Fraternal Order and its citizens, and I swear not to engage in hostilities against the Osiris Fraternal Order or to violate the Scroll of Horus or any laws made pursuant to that constitution.
