How To Check Endocaps

How to check endocaps!
In Osiris, our endorsement caps should be checked once a week to ensure that everyone has a safe number of endorsements. Currently our endorsement caps are 165 endorsements for the Heir Apparent, 130 endorsements for Guardians, 60 endorsements for a citizen if endorsing the Pharaoh, 45 for a resident if endorsing the Pharaoh, and 10 for all nations not endorsing the Pharaoh.
The first step in checking endocaps is to click here. This page will show the numbers of endorsements on nations, not just listing nations in the order of highest to lowest endorsements. Most people will be in their proper caps.
If someone has an endorsement count above 45, check to make sure they're a citizen on the forums. You can search their nation on the forums. If nothing comes up for them (aside from if they had a history of breaking endocaps, then they would show up), then make sure to note they're breaking caps.
Then comes the tedious part. You need to make sure all the nations who have above 10 endorsements are endorsing the Pharaoh. There's a few ways to check, for me I copy and paste the nation name and do Control + F on Altino's endorsements to see if their nation comes up. If it comes up, then they're all good if they're within their citizen/resident cap.
Make sure to poke the #gameside_affairs channel with the people breaking endocaps so it can be logged on the forums afterwards.
