I think this is probably one of our more obvious selections. There are a lot of really capable people in Osiris who love the region, and I imagine fully that at some point (even if they keep saying that they don't want to) they'll find themselves in the Delegacy hot seat. Sorry. It's gonna happen. That's the curse of caring about your region too much. In the right now present, though, I don't think anyone has individually contributed more to the success of Osiris as a region than Lynx has, and so for that reason, I'm crowning her queen-at-some-point-in-the-future.
I've literally never seen Lynx start on a project and not make something incredible out of it. She's smart, she's loyal, she's someone you want to put your faith in, but above all she's got a vision for Osiris' future. That's something that's vital for this or really any region. You don't become Pharaoh because you really like being in charge or because you tried really hard. You become Pharaoh because you've got a plan, and it's a good one. Lynx's plan is great. While she sits as Heiress Apparent and learns the ropes a little more deeply, and while I get this region in a good position to be passed along on a high note, everyone please work with Lynx and I. Be open with us about what you love about this delegacy, what you hate about it, what kind of region that you want to be, what it is you care about when you think about Osiris, etc. It's important to me that Osiris takes the good progress that it's made under my delegacy and elevates that with Lynx.
I'm not going away tomorrow - my grand mentorship machine scheme would be a real flop if I didn't take appropriate time to train my own replacement just like everyone else does - so no one get too freaked out or sentimental. We've got plenty of time together. And when we have less time together, those of you in Community Affairs or especially Foreign Affairs will know about it early so you can do all the internal planning for that, so at least you guys won't be caught off guard when our time is up! But it's time to start Lynx on her path to delegacy with all the love and support from the region that we can give her.
Preemptively, thank you all for being an amazing region. Osiris is the kind of place that's so beyond worth investing in, and I love just how much we've all invested together.
