[Discusion] Weekly RMB topic

The gameside affairs team has been planning a weekly RMB discussion topic to increase activity. What we plan to do is
1. Have a discussion topic released once a week
2. Open a poll that will relate to the topic
3. Encourage people to visit the RMB
4. Ask for topics to use
if you have any ideas please don't be afraid to post them below
