Hello, Osirians, This is Chairman Volkov of UWFN. I come to you today seeking acceptance within your coalition. As I have returned to my office, I have recieved a very commendable amount of information on behalf of your own government bodies to inform me of the goings on in the region. This info has been valuable and at times, simply amusing, I take great joy in receiving letters and telegrams from your esteemed offices. I Chairman Volkov come you you as the supreme ruler all of the formerly war torn regions of Causaca. Under my vigilant and strict leadership, I have turned this pocket of disorganized, disillusioned, war hungry nations into a conglomerate of one people. We have become an industrial, profitable, and formidable nation seemingly overnight. I speak for all of Causaca when I say we too wish to become Osirian. I hope this letter finds you well, and in good health. I have included a box of my favorite War Forged cigars to accompany this letter to show your delegates some Union hospitality and craftsmanship while you go over our request.

Please swear the following oath of citizenship: I, Chairman Volkov of the Union of War-Forged Nations, swear that I have, to the best of my knowledge, been completely truthful in applying for citizenship in the Osiris Fraternal Order and that I have no other NationStates identity that has not been made known in this application. I swear my allegiance to the Osiris Fraternal Order and its citizens, and I swear not to engage in hostilities against the Osiris Fraternal Order or to violate the Scroll of Horus or any laws made pursuant to that constitution.
PS: I did make another country until I realized I could resurrect this one. I have no intention of going back to other said nation, although, for reference, that would be Suedarret.
