A Few Changes

Hail and all that, Osiris. We'll be having a bit of a mixup in our Guardians and Viziers. I've spent the last week or so evaluating activity and availability of those currently serving in government, and have opted to make some changes. They are as follows:
Sygian - Syg is currently serving Osiris as Vizier, Guardian, Chairperson of the Guardians, and Forum Administrator. He has been doing a very good job of keeping up with things, especially as a Guardian, and I appreciate his work, but I feel like this is too much for one person, especially knowing how busy he has been irl lately. For that reason, Sygian will be removed from Viziership and remove a little bit of the burden from his shoulders. I want him to be able to do work in Osiris, but I don't want him to be burned out by it.
Lynx - Lynx is currently serving as WA Sub-Vizier. She's been working with Sygian and myself in Gameside and with the recent Statlympics games that she started with the help of Rigel in Community Affairs has really started to come into her own. She will take over for Sygian as Vizier of Gameside Affairs. She will also join our team of Guardians. I trust her with the security of Osiris and as an added bonus she's not a raider, so I don't feel bad about WA locking her. :p
Lord Dominator - Lynx has requested that LD be appointed as her Sub-Vizier of WA Affairs.
Pelican - Pel has been serving as Guardian of Osiris for a long few months now, but has grown somewhat silent lately. I'm not sure where he's been off to, but due to his absence, I'm removing him from the Council of Guardians.
