Repeal of the Motion to Vote Act now at vote. Voting will conclude at 03:00 P.M. EST on Wednesday June 6th 2018.
This is not an amendment to the Scroll of Horus and as such it will only require a simple majority of 50%+1 vote to pass the Council of Scribes.
Citizens may vote Aye, Nay or Abstain.

Amendment to Article II Section 3 of the Legislative Rules Act wrote:(3) In order for a proposal to be brought to vote, a citizen eligible to vote on that proposal must make a motion to vote, and another such citizen must second the motion. If after 4 days no secondments have been made then the Chief Scribe may choose to move the proposal to vote if they feel that the issue has been debated to its fullest and the only logical conclusion would be do move it to vote
