Appointment of Heir Apparent

Osiris,
I am aware that the position of Heir Apparent has remained unfilled for quite some time; this has largely been due to my desire to make sure we select the best person for the job. However, I have made a decision, and settled on an individual I trust to lead Osiris into the future after myself, and to act with me to help steer the region. Altino has been a long-time player with a long history of success in creating and growing communities, and I do truly think that paired with her commitment to the region, she will serve Osiris well.
