[Passed] Activity Requirement Repeal Amendment

The Activity Requirement Repeal Amendment is now at vote. Voting will conclude at 2:00 p.m. EST on Saturday, February 10.
This is an amendment to the Scroll of Horus and as such it will require a two-thirds vote to pass the Council of Scribes.
A reminder that Guardians are not eligible to vote in the Council of Scribes on constitutional amendments, as Guardians vote on such amendments separately in the Council of Guardians.

Activity Requirement Repeal Amendment I. Amendment to the Scroll of Horus
(1) Article VIII, Section 4 of the Scroll of Horus will be amended as follows:
Amendment to Article VIII Section 4 wrote:(4) The Pharaoh or designated executive or security official(s) will revoke the citizenship of any citizen whose nation in Osiris voluntarily relocates or ceases to exist, or who does not post on the regional forum at least once per calendar month, according to procedure established by the Pharaoh.
