Prohibited Status Act I. Persona Non Grata Designations
(1) The Council of Scribes may, at the request of the Pharaoh, designate a person persona non grata or repeal such a designation. A persona non grata designation will prohibit a person, under any alias, from residing gameside or being admitted to citizenship in Osiris.
(2) A citizen of Osiris may not be designated persona non grata.
II. Proscribed Regions and Organizations
(1) The Council of Scribes may, at the request of the Pharaoh, designate a region or organization as proscribed or repeal such a designation. Any region or organization against which Osiris has officially declared war, or which has officially declared war against Osiris, will be automatically designated as proscribed and will remain proscribed for the duration of the official state of war.
(2) No person participating in a proscribed region or organization may reside gameside or be admitted to citizenship in Osiris without a waiver until ending such participation. Participation will include official membership or citizenship, or any higher form of participation.
(3) Citizenship will automatically be revoked from any citizen discovered to be participating in a proscribed region or organization without a waiver, following a 72 hour grace period in which the citizen may end participation in the proscribed region or organization. The citizen's citizenship will be suspended during such a grace period.
(4) Citizenship will automatically be revoked, without any grace period, from any citizen discovered to have been participating in a region or organization that was proscribed at the time of their admission to citizenship, if such participation was omitted from their application for citizenship.
(5) The prohibitions of this article will not apply to infiltration for the purpose of espionage or subversion, or other such action taken against proscribed regions or organizations, provided a waiver for such action is granted by the Pharaoh. Such a waiver may be kept private and may be rescinded by the Pharaoh at any time.
(6) The Council of Guardians may, at the request of the Pharaoh, grant a waiver to any prospective or current resident or citizen who requests such a waiver, exempting them from the prohibitions of this article. If a citizen requests such a waiver during a 72 hour grace period before revocation of citizenship, the grace period will be extended and their citizenship will remain suspended for the duration of discussion and voting on the waiver. The Council of Guardians may, at the request of the Pharaoh, rescind such a waiver at any time. No such waiver may be granted to any person to exempt them from prohibitions against participating in a region or organization against which Osiris has officially declared war, or which has officially declared war against Osiris.
(7) Any application for diplomatic visa or embassies filed on behalf of a proscribed region or organization will not be approved. Any diplomatic visa or embassy already obtained on behalf of a proscribed region or organization will be terminated.
III. Legal Continuity
(1) Persons designated persona non grata, or regions and organizations proscribed, under Article I, Sections 3 and 4 of the Legal Code of the Osiris Fraternal Order, in force under the Scroll of Ma'at, will remain persona non grata or proscribed unless such status is repealed according to the terms of this Act.
IV. Records of Prohibited Status
(1) The chairperson of the Council of Guardians will be responsible for maintaining publicly accessible records of all persons designated persona non grata and all regions or organizations designated as proscribed.
