Osiran Law Index Reference Catalog The Reference Catalog of the Osiran Law Index is a resource to provide easily accessible information regarding our laws to Osiran residents and citizens, as well as interested foreign guests. The Reference Catalog provides a link to each law or resolution that is in effect, as well as links to its discussion thread, voting thread, and, if applicable, the thread in which it was granted royal assent. A description of each law or resolution is also provided, but please note that these descriptions have no legal effect and are provided as a courtesy.

This Reference Catalog does not provide information regarding amendments, which may be found in each law's or resolution's thread if it has been amended. This Reference Catalog also does not provide information regarding repealed laws or resolutions.

This Reference Catalog does not provide information about treaties, which are not passed by the Council of Scribes, but which do nevertheless hold the force of law. Treaties and other diplomatic documents can be found here.
