Regional Traditions Act I. Regional Royalty and Nobility
(1) The Pharaoh may establish regional royalty and nobility as reward for regional service and for the purpose of cultural enrichment.
(2) Royalty or nobility granted under Article IV, Section 2 of the Legal Code of the Osiris Fraternal Order, in force under the Scroll of Ma'at, will remain in effect unless rescinded by the Pharaoh.
II. Regional Honors
(1) The Pharaoh may, on behalf of the regional community, grant honors to any person to recognize outstanding service to the regional community. Such honors will not confer any political or governmental role or benefit. The Pharaoh may rescind regional honors.
(2) The Pharaoh may grant the following regional honors:
a. Violet Jewel of Atum - The region's highest honor, awarded to persons who have made longtime, outstanding overall contributions to Osiris;
b. Crown of Osiris - Awarded to persons who have made outstanding contributions in service in regional leadership offices;
c. Scepter of Aset - Awarded to persons who have made outstanding contributions to regional integration and culture;
d. Eye of Horus - Awarded to persons who have made outstanding contributions to regional foreign affairs and World Assembly affairs;
e. Sword of Sekhmet - Awarded to persons who have made outstanding contributions to regional military affairs, security, and intelligence;
f. Scale of Ma'at - Awarded to persons who have made outstanding contributions to regional law and justice.
(3) Regional honors granted under Article IV, Section 1 of the Legal Code of the Osiris Fraternal Order, in force under the Scroll of Ma'at, will remain in effect unless rescinded by the Pharaoh.
III. Regional Holidays
(1) The following regional holidays are established:
a. Cash Day - February 26 - celebrating the birthday of the greatest man in music, Johnny Cash;
b. Pharaoh's Day - April 18 - celebrating the beginning of the Second Era of the Osiris Fraternal Order and honoring Pharaohs past and present;
c. Foundation Day - October 18 - celebrating the founding of Osiris and commemorating the Kemetic Republic of Osiris;
d. Reformation Day - December 10 - commemorating the Osiran Reformation and celebrating the founding of the Osiris Fraternal Order.
(2) The Council of Viziers will be responsible for organizing the celebration of regional holidays as directed by the Pharaoh.
IV. Regional Currency
(1) The regional currency of Osiris is established as the "Cash," in honor of regional hero and religious figure Johnny Cash, the greatest man in music.
(2) Residents of Osiris are encouraged but are in no way required to change their national currency to the regional currency of Osiris.
