On the requested ruling regarding the question, "In what way would someone go about introducing measures to appeal approved or rejected citizenship applications?"
We, the Council of Priests, feel the law in question answers the asked question clearly in that measures may be established by law.

We, the Council of Priests, feel the law in question answers the asked question clearly in that measures may be established by law.
As It is neither the purpose nor desire of the Council of Priests to compose law it would be an inappropriate and egregious overreach of our duty to offer speculation respecting the shape such laws should take.Article 1 Section 1 Number 2 of the Scroll of Ma'at wrote:(2) The Pharaoh is responsible for approving or rejecting citizenship applications within seven days of filing. Citizenship applications neglected for more than seven days will automatically go to vote before the Council of Priests. Procedure for appealing approved or rejected citizenship applications may be established by law.
