The Legal Code wrote:(1) The Pharaoh may, with the assent of the Council of Scribes, establish certain regions or organizations as proscribed, and rescind the proscribed status of these regions or organizations; however, it is encouraged that the Pharaoh and Council of Scribes make use of Section 3 before considering this option.
Honorable Scribes,
The Pharaoh has requested to list the Family Mountbatten as a proscribed organization. Their behavior has been discussed by our council
here, and the two motions to vote quickly obtained. All votes are appreciated!
