The Council of Scribes has passed a non-aggression pact with the North Pacific. This agreement recognizes both our government and the North Pacific's government. In addition, it ensures that no devious actions will be taken against one another.

Pursuant to Article 2, Section 1(4) of the Scroll of Ma'at, an amendment requires the assent of the Pharaoh to become law; of which is humbly requested from your Royal Highness.

I grant my assent, pending the confirmation of The North Pacific.

This treaty will not be registered as passed on our end until we get a result from them.
