A couple of things - in terms of the two day discussion period, I am going to start my clock from the time Syberis posted his thread in the Hall of Crowns and not from the posting of this one. In addition, as I feel many people are on the same page, I would like to get this to vote quickly, so I intend to put it to vote as soon as the discussion period ends and we have our two motions to vote. If it is alright with everyone, we will still have three independent votes for assent.

I move to vote, as I believe we are all more or less on the same page.

Given that the crimes of them cross into OOC territory too (I won't discuss my findings publically) I see this as the least we should do. For me, we are not just protecting our region. We are protecting our people. Ban him because that's the right thing to do.

I don't really see any issues with this.

I just want to point out, that Mountbatten has been something used by many in the various British themed regions that are 100% unrelated to Don and his family. If anyone knows KGB, Don has gone through like 5 different family names. While I agree with all of this, I will be voting abstain in regards to Mountbatten, unless someone can explain to me that this won't particularly effect those unrelated that come here but using the name.
