Please list regions or organizations with which you have in the past been affiliated as a resident, citizen, or member: As far as I can remember, resident of Osiris for 12 years, 160 days (and counting).

[I humbly apologise for not being in a position formally to join any of these bodies as of this moment because of work/other commitments, but I have fought in the Osiris Legion during the April Nuclear crisis, supported neighbours during past Z-Days, and have sought to encourage folk where possible. I would seek to continue, in whatever way I am able, to support citizens and neighbours in Osiris in the future.]

I, Diaz, Ruler of Tiparu, swear that I have, to the best of my knowledge, been completely truthful in applying for citizenship in the Osiris Fraternal Order and that I have no other NationStates identity that has not been made known in this application. I swear my allegiance to the Osiris Fraternal Order and its citizens, and I swear not to engage in hostilities against the Osiris Fraternal Order or to violate the Scroll of Ma'at, the constitution of the Osiris Fraternal Order, or any laws made pursuant to that constitution.
