Your Royal Highness,
The Council of Scribes has passed the regional currency act, which encourages members of the community to change their national currency to "Cash" in an effort to promote regional unity and culture.
Pursuant to Article 2, Section 1(4) of the Scroll of Ma'at, a new law requires the assent of the Pharaoh to become law; of which is humbly requested from your Royal Highness.
