Letters Patent XIII

By virtue of her marriage to His Royal High Crown Prince Syberis Rahl-Monstresor, we hereby issue these letters patent to our daughter-in-law Grey Rahl-Monstresor, who is also adopted into the Royal House of Rahl-Monstresor.
