Osiris Fraternal Order

Hello, I am the president of The Republic of Highlock, a nation over 1 and 1/2 years old, and have forever been here in Osiris. It's only recently that I noticed the RMB, the boards and ministries open to application... basicaly this whole scene. So bear with me for a week or so, just until I get my head straight on a couple of things here. (BTW does anyone know how and when you know whether or not you're accepted in the ministries you applied to in your citizenship form? Thanks in advance)
