The World Assembly,

Acknowledging Imperialist Battalions' invasion of Antalia, a small but growing region;

Observing that the native Founder of Antalia, CyanX, has done nothing to protect the region;

Alarmed by the fact that the misinformed natives seem to be inadvertently supporting the Imperialist Battalions' occupation of their region unknowingly;

Fearing that Imperialist Battalions' occupation of Antalia may potentially lead to regional destruction;

Anticipating that without Security Council intervention, Antalia may become irreversibly refounded into Imperialist Battalions' control;

Hereby Liberates Antalia.

Antalia is a region with a founder that has been raided by Imperialist Battalions, a small raiding group. Since the region has an executive founder and has no password, there is no positive reason to liberate Antalia. Liberations only remove the password from the region (in this case, there isn't one) and prevents the World Assembly Delegate (not the founder) from imposing a password. So all this liberation will do is probably cause future conflicts with a native World Assembly Delegate and not allowing them to set a password for any reason. Plus, liberating regions just because they are under raider control is quite foolish in most cases.
