The committee appointed to investigate Vaclav Vinograd released its findings. The evidence presented leaves no room for doubt that Vaclav Vinograd expressed Nazi sentiments and voiced support for an ideology that Osiris has vowed to fight against. We therefore request the Council of Guardians to approve revocation of Vaclav Vinograd's citizenship, in accordance with Article I, Section 2(3) of the Scroll of Ma'at.
