The Council of Scribes has passed an Addition of Solidarian Fleet and all member regions of Solidarity to Proscribed Regions and Organizations.

Pursuant to Article 2, Section 2(2) of the Scroll of Ma'at, an amendment requires the assent of the Pharaoh to become law; of which is humbly requested from your Royal Highness.

I, Griffin of House Rahl-Monstresor, hereby withhold assent to the Addition of Solidarian Fleet and all member regions of Solidarity to Proscribed Regions and Organizations. This is not because the merits of this legislation are lacking, but due to the manner in which it was passed. Should this legislation pass the Council of Scribes after a longer period of discussion and consideration, I will be pleased to grant my assent.
