Zyvetskistaahn, you state your currently affiliate with Mordor, which is a proscribed region. In keeping with Article I, Section 3(2) of the Legal Code of the Osiris Fraternal order, your citizenship application is rejected.
Article I Section 3(2) wrote: 2) No individual participating in a proscribed region or organization may be admitted to citizenship until ending such participation.

I must admit, I am somewhat confused as to the reasoning for this rejection. Mordor is not an expressly proscribed region (or at least, I presume it is not and that the CHief Scribe has been keeping the list up to date):
Legal Code of the Osiris Fraternal Order, Art I s3(6) wrote:(6) The following regions and organizations are established as proscribed regions and organizations: 10000 Islands; The Order of the Grey Wardens, and any region or organization hosting an official outpost of The Order of the Grey Wardens; and Renegade Islands Alliance.
So I must take that it has been deemed to host an official outpost of the Grey Wardens. I would like it if the Pharoah could elaborate on what constitutes an outpost, because, as far as I am aware, there is nothing I would call such an outpost in Mordor. The only possibility (that comes to mind at this time, at least) is the embassy of the Grey Wardens that is maintained in Mordor. Yet, this, I assume, is not the outpost in question, as TNP also hosts a Grey Wardens embassy and my TNP membership has passed without comment; further, to say that embassies constitute an official outpost would by now have resulted in the loss of citizenship for, among others, the Chief Vizier, for his citizenships in Lazarus and The Rejected Realms.[note](3) Citizenship will automatically be revoked from any citizen discovered to be participating in a proscribed region or organization, following a 72 hour grace period in which the citizen may end participation in the proscribed region or organization.[/note]

As I say, I would appreciate if the Pharaoh could elaborate on why Mordor has been deemed a proscribed region, as, to my awareness, there is no official outpost beyond an embassy present there. There may well be something constituting an outpost of which I am ignorant and I would be grateful to be enlightened as to said something.

A Grey Warden Outpost is for regions that would like to join the Grey Wardens, but don't want to give up their region's sovereignty. Mordor would have had to send a representative to the Grey Wardens and fill out an application for an outpost. Members of outposts are granted with most, if not all, of the benefits of being a member of the Grey Wardens including involvement in military Gameplay. Think of it as an embassy on steroids or perhaps a "member region" of the Order of the Grey Wardens. Currently all regions with an outpost are SSR and SHIELD, Mordor, and Audaxia. Therefore, our Chief Vizier is not breaking these rules because he is not a member of any proscribed region or organization.

I have copied and pasted a full explanation of Outposts by Benevolent Thomas here.

My thanks for that explanation. I should perhaps make clear, I was not suggesting that the Chief Vizier was in breach of the code, rather I was noting that other regions seemed, to me, similar to Mordor (in terms of their relation to the Order), but to not be similarly considered proscribed.

I must say, I think the language of the clause is slightly misleading. It would seem more appropriate to me to say that Mordor and other regions have outposts hosted by the Grey Wardens, rather than being regions hosting outposts of the Grey Wardens.

My pleasure, I hope I made it clear.

By law, you have 72 hours immediately following your rejection to end membership of Mordor if you still wish to become a citizen of Osiris.

I would disagree with that reading (in that the grace period is for removal of citizenship rather than rejection of an application for such). In any event, I do not intend to cease my involvement in Mordor.

You are correct, there is nothing in that section of the Legal Code regarding a rejection of citizenship. I apologize on behalf of Osiris for any confusion.
