Osiris Fraternal Order

I move to add Solidarian Fleet and all member regions to the Proscribed Regions and Organizations.

Solidarian Fleet is a region that came from Solidarity With the Raided that preserves the "restorer" ideology, which means they promote the aid of natives in regions that have recently been raided and basically reverse what raiders do during an occupation. Not only do they work with the Order of the Grey Wardens in attrition runs and liberation attempts, they also have an OOC record of stalking and attempting to dox raiders including myself in public discord servers and private defender chats.

Section 1: Amendment to the Legal Code of the Osiris Fraternal Order

(1)Article I, Section 3(6) of the Legal Code of the Osiris Fraternal Order will be amended as follows:

This is where I instantly became sold on it. That's really disturbing.

Force de Frappe, a commander of Solidarity, admitted to using my discord, steam account, and NationStates YouTube channel to find my facebook account. This can be found here. This has already been addressed to Roavin and Somyrion, the two leaders of Solidarity, and they told Force de Frappe to apologize to me. Which he did... sort of.. by saying it was a joke, to which he got no response from me.

Once the search function comes out on discord, I have had at least two people tell me that they are willing to search the private defender chat for such details regarding them trying to find my RL YouTube and google account and posting pictures found on the internet found by searching my information online. If this is not enough evidence to prove the OOC reason I have for adding them to the Proscribed Regions and Organizations, then hopefully the rest of it is. I am hoping to get a substantial amount of evidence once they come out with a search function.

Edit: For the record (despite what I said to Force de Frappe), I do have a Facebook account. I was only trying to protect myself by saying I didn't.

Yeah, on principle I can't support legislation of any kind that's put to vote an hour after being proposed, unless it's *extremely* time sensitive which this, frankly isn't.. I'm going to oppose this and, should it fail (which it might not), I suggest you put it up to vote again after a reasonable amount of time for discussion has passed.

Do you have anything to add yourself?

I agree that there should be reasonable discussion, but I also acknowledge that legislation often sits here for days upon days without comment before it's finally moved to vote. I think we can probably find a middle ground between an hour and a week.

Even if the attempted doxxing/stalking (which I'm sure would be the prime discussion point), the fact that they work very closely with the Grey Wardens, close enough to have an outpost with them, is a very valid reason to add them to the list. From what I have asked and read, they currently do not have an outpost with the Grey Wardens and they don't plan on getting one and if they did, then this amendment would not be needed.

As I said earlier, I am open to discussing this here or on discord.
