With the exception of Section 3, this is basically already how the administrative team works. Why does it need legislated?
In regard to Section 3, I don't agree with politicizing forum administration by subjecting administrators to the possibility of politicized removal from their positions. If the Council of Scribes is unhappy with forum administration, there is already a procedure for addressing it: Create a new forum and amend the Scroll of Ma'at with the new URL.
I will add that it's a bit silly to address removal of forum administrators from their positions while not addressing the impossibility of removing the Pharaoh from office. The principle behind both is the same: You're not easily going to get the Pharaoh to give up the region, and you're not easily going to get the root administrator to give up this forum.

I agree that we do need some sort of rules regarding the addition and removal of members to the administration team and some written guidelines on which government positions get what moderator status. Although, this does need some sort of revision. Attempts to remove the root admin never end up good, either.

We in fact do not need some political bullshit red tape on the administrative team, thank you very much Sygian.
I have said it once and I will say it a thousand times more: Administration mucking around in the affairs of the government is what made the KRO hell, and I have absolutely no intention of making those two worlds collide again. The admin team has done fine for years, especially because we are able to separate ourselves from the on-goings of the government of Osiris to address technical issues.
Keep the politics out of my admin team.

I was not here for the KRO, so I have not heard anything regarding such situation until now. You of all people should know that I still don't know much about pre-OFO.
