Appointment of Sygian as Sub-Vizier of World Assembly Affairs Hi.

If you have not already noticed, Sygian has taken on the roles of the office, and has been doing an amazing job! I have no doubt that he will be capable of handling the responsibilities of the office. I would like to apologize for not doing this a few days sooner! I must conquer exams, and wish others in this struggle the best of luck. I would also like to congratulate Sygian on his soon to be resolution at vote! If and when pharaohs approval, welcome to the team!
