My endorsements have stabilized at ~190 (for reference, Cormac had 206 endorsements prior to abdicating), so I have increased the current endorsement levels for the Heir Apparent and the Guardians.

Thanks to our citizens and our allies, I have peacefully transitioned to the full office of the Pharaoh, as opposed to 'Incoming Pharaoh'. As such, I have removed HRH Cormac Rahl-Sethos as a Regional Officer.

Syberis is also no longer a Regional Officer due to his resignation from the Council of Scribes and as Acting Chief Scribe. His duties have been delegated to Treize Drezehn who now holds the offices of First Guardian and Acting Chief Scribe.

The office of Heir Apparent will remain absent from the World Factbook Entry as a Regional Officer until such time as it is filled.

That is correct. Syberis will not become Heir Apparent until the Council of Scribes and the Council of Guardians approve his appointment.

Excellent announcement. I hope that we in the Council of Scribes and our colleagues in the Council of Guardians will be able to approve Syberis' appointment soon within our legal framework in order to ensure that a full slate of Regional Officers are on hand to protect and enhance our region.
