Put me near the grey area around, what I assume are, mountains.

Far western desert (around where the bay starts) on the coast. X marks the spot. You can likely also increase the size of the territories without running out of space regardless of what response you get to this.

Just so I can squeeze myself in, if the grey area is in fact mountains, I'd like an area where the mountains touch a darker green color. That or basically anywhere inland.

I have very little preference where I am. Just a green area along edge of the continent.

I think the west coast along a river would be great for my nation. Its a big deforestation and dirty water type of nation.
