I bring an amendment to the Proscribed Regions and Organizations act, within the Legal Code of the OFO. The Text of the bill is as follows:
Scribes may vote AYE, NAY, or ABSTAIN/PRESENT. Voting will close at 3:15 PM on November 8th, 2016.

(1) The following will be amended into the Legal Code of the Osiris Fraternal Order as Article I, Section 3(8):
(2) Article I, Section 3(7) of the Legal Code of the Osiris Fraternal Order will be amended as follows:Amendment Text wrote:(8) The above provisions against participation in or diplomatic relations with proscribed regions or organizations will not apply to official diplomatic duties on behalf of other regions to the proscribed regions or organizations or to participation in invasion, occupation, conquest, infiltration for the purpose of espionage or subversion, or other such action taken against proscribed regions or organizations.
