[Passed] Nomination for the Eye of Horus

Pursuant to Article IV, Section 1(1) of the Legal Code of the Osiris Fraternal Order, I am nominating, for the approval of the Council of Scribes, Brunhilde to receive the Eye of Horus for outstanding contributions to regional foreign affairs and World Assembly affairs.
I have nominated Brunhilde to be the first ever recipient of the Eye of Horus because of her work in coordinating the Coalition Against the Ideology of Nazism conference and in drafting the accompanying treaty, which we have recently ratified. Although CAIN is not an exclusively Osiran initiative, was not coordinated on behalf of Osiris, and does not exclusively benefit Osiris, there can be no doubt that this multi-regional effort Brunhilde spearheaded has made an outstanding contribution to our foreign affairs and WA affairs, as well as the foreign affairs and WA affairs of the other signatory regions and gameplay diplomacy in general.
With fourteen signatories thus far and more being added by the day, across the gameplay ideological spectrum, CAIN has moved the NationStates anti-Nazi effort light years ahead of where we were just a few weeks ago. Before the treaty was even ratified, CAIN spearheaded the effort to pass Liberate The NSIA, coordinated the successful invasion of that region involving dozens of updaters, and then repealed the liberation resolution to make re-founding possible. This type of effort in the Security Council has only been possible once before, against NAZI EUROPE, and then it was much more difficult to accomplish. CAIN has already made a significant contribution to the anti-Nazi effort in gameplay, and as its primary coordinator, Brunhilde deserves to be recognized and honored for that.
A contribution such as the one Brunhilde has made in spearheading CAIN is a contribution to Osiris even if it was not done on behalf of Osiris. It benefits every reputable region and player to advance efforts to combat Nazism in NationStates and drive it back into the trash heap from whence it came. I appreciate the consideration of the Council of Scribes, and I hope you will agree that Brunhilde's contribution is worthy of being officially recognized and honored.
