Current text of Section 2, (10) of the Rules of the Council of Scribes wrote:(10) Following the passage of proposals that require the assent of the Pharaoh, the Chief Scribe will present the proposals to the Pharaoh for assent.
Shall be amended to read:
Proposed text of Section 2, (10) of the Rules of the Council of Scribes wrote:(10) Following the passage of proposals that require the assent of the Pharaoh, the Chief Scribe or a legislative deputy will present the proposals to the Pharaoh for assent within 48 hours.
One more thing that we've technically been allowing for quite some time, but law should be edited if precedent runs contrary to law. Additionally, putting a timeframe on bringing the proposal before the Pharaoh, to prevent a Chief Scribe / Legislative Deputy filibuster.
