I bring an Amendment to the Rules of the Council of Scribes to vote for your approval. All relevant discussion can be found here.

Current text of Section 2, (5) of the Rules of the Council of Scribes wrote:(5) In order for a proposal to be brought to vote, a voting citizen may make a motion to vote, with a minimum of two other voting citizens seconding the motion.

Shall be amended to read:

Proposed text of Section 2, (5) of the Rules of the Council of Scribes wrote:(5)In order for a proposal to be brought to vote, a voting citizen must make a motion to vote, and another voting citizen must second the motion.

Voting will close at 1:30 PM EDT (6:30 PM UTC) October 19, 2016. Scribes can vote AYE, NAY, or ABSTAIN/PRESENT.

With a vote of 5 AYE-0 NAY- 1 ABSTAIN, the Ayes have it. This amendment will come into effect immediately, as it does not require Pharonic Assent.
