Whereas, on 31 May 2016, the Omnibus Treaty Repeal and Response to Illegal Aggression prohibited diplomatic relations between Osiris and regions designated as prohibited aggressor regions, unless such relations are legislatively authorized;
Whereas more than three months have passed since enactment of the Omnibus Treaty Repeal and Response to Illegal Aggression, and in the intervening months, the Osiran community has made concerted efforts to put the April 2016 conflict to rest; and
Whereas it may be desirable for Osiris to embrace reconciliation with regions that participated in the April 2016 conflict, when there is a willingness by those regions to pursue such reconciliation on reasonable terms; therefore, let it be
Resolved that the Council of Scribes hereby authorizes future diplomatic relations with the regions previously designated as prohibited aggressor regions: Albion, Europeia, and Lazarus; and further
Resolved that the Council of Scribes entrusts the re-establishment of diplomatic relations with the regions previously designated as prohibited aggressor regions to the discretion of the Pharaoh and Council of Viziers.
