Osiris Fraternal Order

I was thinking about not being able to serve in two "High Government" Offices simultaneously, so I thought of a base for an amendment that cuts that out.

Tier 5 Offices

Pharaoh
Chief Vizier
Chief Scribe

Tier 4 Offices

Heir Apparent
Guardian

Tier 3 Offices

Vizier
Deputy Scribe

Tier 2 Offices

Sub-Vizier

Tier 1 Offices

This, along with being a base for a possible amendment, is the way I see the level of power/importance of each office in the region. I'm thinking that Tier 5 cannot hold a Tier 4 or another Tier 5, and vice versa. Otherwise I think it's fine.

I don't think I see any point to this, except to ensure that it becomes much more difficult to find and keep Guardians in office. The Pharaoh, Heir Apparent, Chief Vizier, and Chief Scribe already can't simultaneously serve in any of the other senior government offices, so really this would just include Guardians in the mix, which would likely just lead to us having three Guardians instead of five.

Obviously, the fewer Guardians we have, the less secure Osiris is. So I'm not seeing a compelling reason to sacrifice our security here.

Why would the Heir Apparent, the Vice Delegate of Osiris be considered to be equal rank to a Guardian? It's like saying the Secret Service are the same rank as the Vice President?

So... you would have a tiered system where you couldn't have two of equal or greater tier?
